Graduation Forms
The following forms need to be printed, filled out, and mailed to:

in order to apply for graduation.
Graduation
In order to graduate, students must have a graduation GPA of 2.0 or more and complete a minimum of 25% of the coursework in their particular course of study at MGTC. Graduates from degree, diploma, and specific certificate programs must have received a high school diploma or GED in order to graduate.
Applicants for graduation should complete the Application for Graduation when they register for their final quarter of classes. Forms may be obtained from their advisor or in the Admission Office.
Formal graduation ceremonies are held annually. Graduates are encouraged to attend the ceremony. Graduates may pick up their diplomas in the Admission Office after the graduation ceremony or request that the diploma be mailed. Prior to the date of the ceremony, transcripts will be available indicating the graduation date.
Honor Graduate
Any student who has maintained a graduate grade point average of 3.5 or above will be named an Honor Graduate and recognized during the graduation ceremony.
